Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
• After 24 hours, the order enters processing, and we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.
• If you cancel within the 24-hour period, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take care to package our products securely to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at guzzmartcontact@gmail.com, including clear photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost.

• We do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.



Shipping & Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors. If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.



Incorrect Shipping Address
